Mercedes-Benz Fall 2012 Fashion Week NYC: Ivana Helsinki
Gorgeous bright orange tangerine lids and a super chic little sloppy bun all created by Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist Brian C. Hawkins were the absolute best way to celebrate the beautiful fall 2012 collection from Ivana Helsinki.
To create the sleek adorable do, Brian used products from the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger line for body and sculpting. With hair sprayed with Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger Texturizing Sea Spray, the hair was set with a middle part and then brushed back to secure in a loose bun that was purposely left to not appear perfect. Brian said he wanted to create a bun that would softly move along with the wind to enhance the clothes and, at the same time, not take away from the collection that included many prints.
The bright orange lids, makeup from Mirabella, were used to accentuate the gorgeous oranges found throughout Ivana's collection.
