ColorProof Color Care Authority has recently promoted Joshua Higgins, and welcomed back Erin Hall as their Regional Sales Managers. Both have been a part of the ColorProof family since 2012, and will report to ColorProof’s National Sales Manager, Kym Riffel. “We are incredibly fortunate to have such a talented sales force,” says ColorProof Founder, Product Developer and CEO, Jim Markham. “Josh and Erin have proven themselves to be goal-oriented, self-starters with the dedication and motivation to excel the brand. Both are a testament to our commitment to building the strongest team possible to support our distributors, and propel the brand in its next level of growth.”
Since joining ColorProof, Higgins has worked as a Brand Manager with Premier Beauty Supply and Regional Sales Manager. Cultivating distributor and salon relationships, growing market share and implementing strategic planning. Expanding on these roles as Senior Regional Sales Manager, Higgins will take on a leadership position within ColorProof’s sales team, and will work with senior management on strategies to increase new business and drive sales growth.
Hall is one of the brand’s first Envoy members and Artistic Specialists. She has also served as a Distributer Specialist since April 2014, and later became a Regional Sales Manager for ColorProof’s Midwest territory. On her return back to this role, Hall will be responsible for strengthening partnerships with her distributor and salon accounts, strategic planning and communicating brand culture throughout her region.
