L'Oréal Professionnel Introduces New Shades to its Demi-Permanent Lines

L’Oréal Professionnel has added five new shades to its demi-permanent lines, DIA Light and DIA Richesse. Scheduled to launch in June, these new shades will complete the portfolio for a total of 123 shades. The new tones of golds, blues and cool blonde all work to perfect a client’s existing color, making the shades essential for every colorist’s kit.

To accompany these new shades, the creative color technique guide-My Life: Inspired, was developed to enthuse colorists to unleash their creativity. “DIA Light & DIA Richesse, are such versatile color lines,” says L’Oréal Professionnel Artist Suzie Bond. “This guide is amazingly written with so many options to allow colorists to visualize sectioning that is simple and can be added to any other color technique.”

The 12 DIA techniques that are featured in the book were created by various L’Oréal Professionnel Artists. The artists drew inspiration from the beauty of nature to the masterpieces of art, to everyday inspirations of working behind the chair with clients. “I contributed to the DIA book not only because I absolutely love working with DIA Richesse and DIA Light, but also because, I'm always playing around and testing out different techniques with them,” says L’Oréal Professionnel Artist, Eric Vieira. The technique guide continues to inspire colorists who are looking for new ways to express their craft.
