Macadamia Beauty is pleased to announce a new addition to their growing international team, Phil Ivaldi. As Director of Business Development for UK, Australia and Middle East markets, he is responsible for strengthening business relationships, expanding global market share and growing sales across all levels of customers on behalf of Macadamia Professional and éprouvage brands.
Prior to joining Macadamia Beauty, Phil held leadership roles at TIGI and L’Oréal Professional with over 15 years of marketing and sales experience in the professional hair care industry. He brings extensive knowledge of international marketing strategy to the company along with strong relationships from his most recent position as Business Development Manager at TIGI .
With both merchandising and wholesale backgrounds from his time at L’Oréal Professional, he is well-versed in industry knowledge and will work seamlessly with all departments in his sales role to reach target regions for Macadamia Professional and éprouvage.
Phil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian from the University of Leeds, and Masters of European Business Studies from Canterbury Business School. He continued his post-graduate studies at Reims Management School, where he strengthened his understanding of international business marketing through the university’s Brand Management, Communications and Advertising programme.
In his personal time, Phil is passionate about health, fitness and the outdoors. He goes to the gym regularly, enjoys weekly Thai Boxing classes and camping with his two children. Phil is also an avid traveler and enjoys the culture and cuisine of France and Italy.
