After the sensationally successful launch of its innovative Programs of Passion in 2014, Matrix announces an expanded line-up for 2015. Included on the roster will be Matrix Celebrity Stylist George Papanikolas, who will conduct a session entitled “Celebrity to Reality;” iconic haircolor educator Gina Khan, who will lead a class on “Logical Color” and Matrix Artistic Director and Latina hair expert Robert Santana, who will offer a course called “Brunette. Journey to Lightness.”
Last year, Programs of Passion provided hairstylists with an exciting new twist to professional education. The series of education programs allowed Matrix Artistic Directors and Designers to craft unique sessions around the topics and techniques that reflected their personal passions. “We reasoned that by encouraging our educators to create programs around the subjects that ignited their excitement, that passion would ‘pay it forward’ and radiate to their students,” explains Matrix Vice President of Education Martin Dale. “Turns out we were right—beyond our wildest dreams—and now this program is exploding.”
