Mercedes-Benz Fall 2012 Fashion Week NYC: Titania Inglis

Although Fall 2012 fashion week NYC is here, the look at the Titania Inglis show was all about 1980’s medieval grunge. The styles included an array of plaids, leather and the eighties staple, Doc Martens. Lead hairstylist for Oribe, Ramona Eschbach, kept the hair simple, but with a raw edge to compliment the punk rock looks from the grunge decade. Hair was parted in the center and styled with Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray to create a rougher feel and look to the hair. For some of the models, Ramona chose create a deep right sided part with a French braid for a more refined look. To complete the look, hair was then flat-ironed and sprayed with Oribe Impermeable Anti-Humidity Spray for a light clean hold.

Makeup was kept very minimal with dark matted lips taking the spotlight, while nails were painted compliments of Priti NYC in a shade called Nigra, a glossy black hue that mixes elegance with rocker chic.
