Mercedes-Benz Fall 2013 Fashion Week: Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham introduced long overcoats with rich indigo accents, structured frocks with longer hems and even a pop of lemon yellow for her Fall 2013 collection presented at the New York Public Library Sunday morning. These sophisticated, structured looks called for a simple hairstyle and beauty look to complement. "With Victoria today, she’s a very glamorous woman and she only wants to portray a very modern, glamorous woman," said Redken Creative Consultant Guido.

Guido was on hand to whip each model's hair into low ponytails. "It feels like an accident so the overall impression is of ease," he said. Guido blow-dried locks with a Babyliss Pro dryer and sprayed Redken Shine Flash 02 all over. He pulled hair back into a ponytail at the nape of the neck with his hands and secured with an elastic. A few strands around the face were left out so the look is easy and imitates something off the street. For enhanced shine and the look of wet hair, he applied Diamond Oil Shatterproof Shine once models were dressed.
