Nick Arrojo to Launch Arrojo Ambassadors Program
Using his own award-winning business model, industry authority Nick Arrojo will launch the Arrojo Ambassadors program on March 1, 2010. By becoming an Arrojo Ambassador partner, salons nationwide will be entitled to retail Arrojo's signature haircare line, currently used at Arrojo Studio, Academy and Cosmetology School in New York City, and have access to a back-end mentor and support program designed to maximize the potential of salon owners and stylists.
“The program represents our commitment to provide inspiration and education alongside a great product line,” Arrojo says. “We want to empower each professional to increase growth and productivity in their salon business, and immerse fellow hairdressers in our culture of excellence and integrity.”
The program is a direct-to-salon relationship model, backed by a new membership-based Web site for Ambassadors salons. With every product purchase, Ambassadors will receive Arrojo Reward Dollars that can be redeemed toward a wide range of educational offerings, such as Arrojo’s line of educational DVDs, Web-friendly downloads, tuition for any of the eight seminars at the Arrojo Advanced Academy, or an in-salon visit from Arrojo educators for training tailored to individual Ambassadorʼs salon needs. Alternatively, reward dollars can also be spent on salon backbar stock or additional Arrojo product merchandising and marketing materials. Ambassadors will also receive a monthly communiqué from Arrojo that shares the latest hairdressing trends and techniques as well as business-building insights and ideas. After joining, salons are entitled to one free seminar for a member of their staff at the Arrojo Academy, a free Arrojo education DVD or download, product prescription pads, merchandising “plan-o-grams," and product education for the stylist and consumer.
