Truss Cosmetics, founded in Brazil, is expanding its presence in North America and recently celebrated its growth with a beauty event in Miami.
The Mega Event, held at Fontainebleau Miami Beach on December 1, welcomed hundreds of industry professionals to witness new products, as well as cutting and straightening demonstrations from Wanda Alves, Paulo Persil and Gi Quintino.
The event began with an overview of the company and its haircare products, including R.T. Thermal Restructuring, which offers, “controlled relaxing” by allowing the simultaneous release of water oil that causes less damage.
Truss is known for its straightening treatments designed specifically for blonde hair, formulated to help hair retain its color without turning yellow or clear upon straightening.
Quintino brought out several models to demonstrate Truss’s straightening treatments and welcomed audience members to feel the hair, post-keratin treatment. Throughout the day, guests witnessed several other styling demonstrations including five haircuts from Alves, and styling from Persil.
