ColorProof Evolved Color Care launches five new products that do everything from caring for curls to fighting frizz, suitable for nearly every hair type.

With a line of color-care, anti-aging, curl-enhancing, vegan and gluten-free products, it might seem ColorProof Evolved Color Care already has every hair necessity covered. But the ever-innovative company is at it again, introducing five new products that deliver heat and color protection through the Advanced ColorLast system.

For frizz-free styles, Radically Smooth Anti-Frizz Serum’s heat-activated formula aims to reduce drying time, and its blend of camellia and abyssinian oils with soy lipids and seaweed seals the hair cuticle to smooth hair. Similarly, TruCurl Anti-Frizz Oil defrizzes hair with lightweight oils while the proprietary IllumaCurl complex gives curls structure. TruCurl Curl Perfecting Crème also employs the IllumaCurl complex to enhance curls; its formula works to eliminate frizz and provide shape and separation. “For naturally curly girls, the key to achieving gorgeous, bouncy curls is to never disturb the hair’s cuticle,” founder and CEO Jim Markham says. “Our IllumaCurl complex includes sugar cane and seaweed to help seal the cuticle, give curls structure and activate curl memory.”

To create a foundation for styling curly or straight hair, ControlCraze Styling Crème is lightweight and imparts body, control and texture sans flakiness. The ultimate frizz fighter, HumidityRx Anti-Frizz Weatherproof Spray is a weightless, fine-mist spray that works to repel moisture and maintain styles.

“Getting smooth hair shouldn’t be a struggle,” Markham says. “We guarantee the best frizz-free results you’ve ever experienced.” —K.H

Climate Control

There’s no worrying about hot spots with the NexGen by Hot Tools Turbo Ionic Salon Dryer, which distributes heat evenly using precision air control. The blow-dryer features an AC motor paired with a tungsten single-wire ribbon heater, as well as customizable temperature settings. Air velocity combined with heat and ionic far-infrared energy help dry hair quickly, and conditioning ions work to maintain the hair’s health and softness. The dryer has attachments including a concentrator and pik; is designed with a 9-foot power cord with a hanging ring; and also comes with a drawstring travel bag and 2 ounces of Coconut Jojoba Conditioning Shine Serum for an extra shot of moisture. —C.R.
