Salon Coaching Tips: When to Say Yes and No

Learning when and how to say yes or no is a common challenge stylists face throughout their career. Young hairdressers want to capitalize on opportunities and often times struggle with saying no. When hairdressers become more established, they can afford to say no to things that don't benefit them financially, artistically or otherwise—and that's okay.
