Best Advice: Ruth Roche

This week's Best Advice video story is from Pureology Artistic Ambassador, Ruth Roche – and it's so spot on fantastic that I could not wait to share.

Most salon owners have two jobs: they are (1) dealing with all that it takes to run the day-to-day business and (2) more often than not, working behind the chair (typically being the most booked stylist in the salon).  The result for too many is a formula for less than optimal performance of the salon, the staff  - and the owner.  Worst case, it's a formula for failure (if not for the owner than for staff members in need of mentorship).

Important to note is that Ruth's suggestions come from experience as an owner, as well as from years of traveling the globe, observing the realities that salon owners everywhere often face- and sometimes overcome. The good news is that heeding the advice shared in today's Best Advice episode can result in transformative change; the kind of change that can leads to better businesses, careers and lives.
