Letter T is for Two Prices - I have integrated this advice into my “Barber Like A Pirate” program as “Retain the retail price”… so it has a R at the beginning... but the basic idea, Full or FREE is great advice for a solid marketing strategy. Let the other guy be a discounter. Set a price you can work well with and make money at and then stand tall..
