#QandAwesome: How To Handle Client Booking + No Shows

In this weeks episode, I tackle a question that is so very important about client booking: no shows and cancellations. I am sure my answer will make some people very uncomfortable. The truth is, as a service business, it is our job to serve and to create simple, awesome and seamless client experiences. These experiences should serve both online and offline. If you are frustrated with your how your clients book and communicate with you, the answer lies within your systems and process. The blame does not fall on the client. Tough love, but the truth.
