Salon Best Practices: Ask for Referrals


Ask for referrals – This should be best practice number 1 and number 99 and every number in between.  Still the single best way to build business in our business.  Still basically FREE.  Still scary powerful. Referrals will still be working their magic long after we forget why we yelped, facebooked or tweeted.  People have a need to seek referrals.  People have a deep down need to refer their friends and family to people they like and support.  Tap into this and you tap into the wallets!
