Clean the Shop Every Night – Nightly clean up of the shop should happen every night. Night clean up of the shop is not “first thing tomorrow clean up”. People peek in your windows after hours, and you want to be sure they see a shop they want to come back to in the morning. You will run late and clients will walk in the door to see your shop looking like the night before. I would call that getting up on the wrong side of the barber chair, so to speak.
