Salon Best Practices: Double Shift Your Haircutters

If you have eight chairs and eight haircutters you are at half capacity. Double shift your cutters by having a minimum two cutters using and working each chair. Previously we discussed split shifting and short shifting.  Once you have those management tools in place, going to double shifting is easy. One haircutter goes home and the next is arriving. The chair is productive ALL the time.  Now you are building serious business.
