Steps:
Tiger Eye:
- Prep hair with rich brown base color. Wash and dry.
- Starting from one side, apply balayage.
Shadow Root:
- Apply shadow root formula one inch down off the regrowth area. Apply in horizontal sections and leave hairline out to create the shadow. Cross check vertically.
