Hollywood icon Raquel Welch is taking on a new role as the creative director of the Raquel Welch Signature Collection of wigs from HairUWear. Now the lead for the creative team, she will be providing creative direction for the entire line and will be supervising and inspiring the team on projects from conception through completion. “Since I started the Raquel Welch Signature Collection, I’ve witnessed enormous advances in technology that have allowed for countless improvements in the coloring, fibers, construction and wearability of our wigs,” she says. “They’re lighter, more natural looking and more user friendly than ever before.” Her debut collection for spring features three new styles along with two best-selling favorites.—Marianne Dougherty
