Neutrois, a new collection from Nathan Cherrington, owner and style director of TONI&GUY in Paramatta, Australia, takes liberties with traditional gender and beauty constraints to create something new and unexpected. Each of the images in the collection was inspired by another era or icon. The twist: Cherrington chose female models to wear looks attributed to male subjects, like James Dean or American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, each of which allowed him to demonstrate a broad variety of techniques from precision to intricate braiding – M.D.
