Schwarzkopf's Damien Carney and Rossa Jurenas Explore Texture

Shape Shifters

The idea of manipulating textures and shapes appealed to both Damien Carney and Rossa Jurenas, who find that today’s trends are less restrictive, allowing artists the freedom to experiment. With that in mind, they created Intermix, a collection of loose, abstract shapes created through free-hand cutting techniques married with pivotal, cascading color application throughout the hair. Colors are either monochromatic or fresh, strong and mixed with multiple tones, creating a “mix” of looks within the same collection.—Marianne Dougherty
