Seeking to have your best hair ever for the upcoming festival circuit? Hairstylist extraordinaire and elite educator Haley Estep (@haleymestep) shares three trending hair looks using Keratin Complex products that’ll set you apart from the rest of the festival-going pack.
Hair How-To: Microbraids
Step 1: Prep wet hair with Keratin Complex Infusion Keratin Replenisher (4.0 fl.oz. / $44.00), focusing on the mids and ends, and Keratin Complex Volumizing Foam (8.0 fl.oz. / $24.00), focusing on the roots.
Step 2: Blow dry.
Step 3: Divide the top of the head (crown) into an almond shape and then divide down the center, creating two sections.
Step 4: Starting at the front of the hairline, begin a three-strand Dutch braid. Finish and tie off at the end of your section, fluffing the braid.
Step 5: Hide the ponytail by wrapping a small section of hair around the pony, then pin into place.
Step 6: Use Keratin Complex Firm Hold Hairspray (9 fl.oz. / $26.00) to secure hair around the ponytail and stave off flyaways.

Hair How-To: Double Braids
Step 1: Prep wet hair with Keratin Complex Texturizing Spray (5.0 fl.oz. / $24.00) and Keratin Complex Volumizing Foam (8.0 fl.oz. / $24.00).
Step 2: Blow dry.
Step 3: Once hair is dry, mist on an additional generous amount of Keratin Complex Texturizing Spray (5.0 fl.oz. / $24.00).
Step 4: Divide hair down the middle in a zigzag pattern all the way down to the nape of the neck.
Step 5: Leave out flyaways around the face and create two small three-strand braids on each side of the head.
Step 6: Take one side, including your small braids, and begin a French fishtail braid. Then, fluff out the hair! Note: A fishtail braid is a two-strand braid where you take small sections from each side and marry them into the opposite side, back and forth into a woven pattern.
Step 7: Repeat on the second side of the head.

Hair How-To: Braided Ponytail
“This style is ideal for the non-braiders out there!” says Estep.
Step 1: Prep dry hair with Keratin Complex Keratin Obsessed Multi-Benefit Treatment Spray (5.0 fl.oz. / $28.00).
Step 2: Take a diagonal back section from the crown of the head and place into a ponytail. Divide in half and pull the ponytail through to create a twisted effect. Fluff out the section to enhance texture.
Step 3: Repeat four to five diagonal back sections, then wrap in a ponytail, twist, and fluff to make a faux braid.
