The PBA has announced that Schwarzkopf & Henkel, manufacturer of Smooth 'N Shine, will sponsor the 2013 Smooth 'N Shine Cosmetology Scholarship.
With a grand prize of up to $25,000 and ten $1,000 scholarships available, students currently in high school or high school graduates enrolled in or intending to enroll in a program resulting in a cosmetology (hairstyling) license are eligible to enter. All applications must be submitted by October 31, 2012. Winners will be notified by January 15, 2013.
