PBA is currently accepting applications for both future and current professionals for scholarships to be used toward cosmetology school or continuing education.
2014 HANS NEUMAIER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
PBA gratefully acknowledges Hans Neumaier, PBA Lifetime member who personally funded this scholarship opportunity.
Hans’ career in hairdressing and the beauty business spanned 70 successful years, with 55 years as a member of NCA and PBA. His story is one of a PBA Lifetime Member who had dedicated his life to the beauty industry he loved.
The maximum award is $1,000 and a minimum of four scholarships will be awarded in 2014. You must be a current PBA member to apply for this scholarship.
The application deadline is August 31, 2014. Scholarship recipients will be chosen and notified by email. All scholarships are funded by Hans Neumaier, PBA Lifetime Member, and administered by the Professional Beauty Association Foundation. Applications will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the PBA Chair. All scholarship awards are final. Scholarship funds awarded must be used within one year of being awarded.
