Famed hairstylist Nick Arrojo and his team will host a hair show in January 2011 at the City Winery and Arrojo Studio in New York City. The show, called Arrojo Expo, will take place January 23 to 24 and offer two full days of the creative education and inspiration the company is known for. “As a forward-thinking, independent hairdressing brand, our vision is to connect our culture together with a true network of professionals committed to raising standards in all elements of the craft,” Arrojo says.
The show will kick off with a day of inspiration, when Arrojo stylists and global guest artists will showcase their latest hair trend forecasts, innovations in modern scissor and razor cutting and fashion-forward coloring techniques in a series of presentations and runway shows, and conclude with a celebration at City Winery. Expo day two will cover education, with workshops set up at the Arrojo Studio featuring sessions in editorial styling, razor cutting, color trends, business branding and more.
