As the Foundation’s programs have grown, so has its board of industry influencers. Since its formation as a 501c3 in 2013, the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation has raised more than $3M for beauty and wellness scholarships. By year-end 2016, the Foundation will have administered more than 300 beauty and wellness scholarships for cosmetology, nail, esthetics, massage therapy, professional nail and barbering students, as well as licensed hairstylists and educators. “The work the Foundation has accomplished is a testament to the generosity our board members put forth, whether it’s creating innovative scholarships, leading fundraising efforts or pushing the boundaries of what beauty and wellness education looks like today,” said Lynch.
