The Beauty Changes Lives Enrolled Student Scholarship Competition launched last Friday, June 8. Four beauty students get the chance to win a mentorship opportunity with one of the following industry experts: celebrity hairstylist Ted Gibson; Co-founder and Style Director of CND Jan Arnold; dermatologist Dr. Howard Murad; or makeup artist and grooming consultant Diana Schmidtke.
A judging panel comprised of industry experts will select finalists and winners based on their passion for the industry, how they plan to change lives in the beauty industry and the number of online votes their one-to-three minute video or essay application receives.
“This competition connects beauty school students who have a dream with those that are already living the dream,” said Lynelle Lynch, president of Beauty Changes Lives. “It underscores the support and collegiality that distinguishes the beauty industry and makes it so special.”
