Beauty Instructor and Master Colorist Pat Drake Dies

American Salon is very sad to hear that Pat Drake, an internationally recognized colorist and director of education for ENJOY Professional Hair Care passed away on Sunday, March 6 at her home in Temecula, CA. Drake dedicated 30 years to the industry and acted as regional education manager for Redken, western regional sales manager for Malys Los Angeles and international color director for L’anza. Her passion for education extended to various beauty schools including John Perry Academy, Marinello School of Beauty, Career Academy and Paul Mitchell Partner Schools where she inspired many students with her innovative techniques. Her wealth of knowledge and passion for teaching will be missed.
