I'm a huge fan of TLC's What Not to Wear, so getting to work with Nick Arrojo, the show's hair makeover magician, on this month's cover story was a real treat. Nick is one of New York's hottest stylists and educators, so we were especially excited when he agreed to share a sneak preview of the colorful collection he'll be presenting on the main stage at IBS New York later this month.

On the subject of viewing, stylist Mark Garrison often looks at his own creative offerings through a lens ("Camera Man"). Owner of an iconic townhouse salon in Manhattan, Mark has translated a favorite hobby into a tool to help drive business and communicate with clients. He'll be stepping out from behind the camera at IBS to share his signature styling techniques in his Reality Check seminar.

Rounding out the IBS notables in this issue are hair/makeup artist Johnny Lavoy and Powder Group founder Michael DeVellis, who offer a preview of their IBS program on marketing bridal services in "Be is for Bridal". And wrapping things up on an inspirational note, Charlie Price, the runway and platform artist extraordinaire whose IBS presentation runs the gamut from timeless classics to runway trends, tells us what lights his creative fire in this month's "Obsessions".
