JAMES JOSEPH STUDIO, with two locations in Boston and one in Medford, MA, just ran a reward promotion to thank its clients for their continued support during the economic downturn. "Every time a client visited one of our locations for a service, they earned James Joseph Dollars to be used at a future appointment," says owner William George. From April 1 through the end of May, clients earned $5 in James Joseph Dollars for every $50 they spent at the Medford and 168 Newbury Street, Boston, locations, and $10 in reward dollars for every $100 spent at the Newbury Street flagship location. The reward dollars could be redeemed for services between June 1 and the end of July. Says George, "I really feel it was a win-win situation for both my business and my loyal customers." —L.A.
