Charity Tribute to the Beach Boys & The California Sound

Earthly Body, Inc. CEO Kevin Wachs and Spirit of Life honoree Steven Goddard will perform live with LA’s best musicians in an all-star charity tribute.

In the spirit of summer,  Earthly Body, Inc. CEO Kevin Wachs will be joined by this year’s Spirit of Life honoree Steven Goddard as they show off their musical talents in an all-star charity tribute to the Beach Boys and California Sound on July 2 at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills. Carnie and Wendy Wilson, Gary Griffin, Marcella Detroit, Ken Stacey and Marc Mann are among the all-star line-up of guest musicians and singers who will be in attendance for this special evening. The event will be emceed by musician and actor Robbie Rist, who will lead the crowd in a series of sing-alongs and summertime fun. Doors open at 7pm with an exclusive first book signing for Sound Explosion: Inside L.A.’s Studio Factory with the Wrecking Crew. The show starts at 8pm and will feature dinner and a full bar.

The Spirit of Life Award honors an outstanding leader for his or her contribution to business and community, recognizing an individual for their efforts while providing an opportunity for the industry to unite as a whole in a common effort for City of Hope. Goddard, who is the President and Founder of Pravana, has chosen to direct the funds raised during his campaign Rock the Cure towards City of Hope’s cutting edge research. 100 percent of proceeds from the event will go to City of Hope’s Rock the Cure.
