City Slicker

Beauty intersects luxury at the Maximus Clark Salon, a hip beauty emporium nestled within the concourse of One Park Avenue’s Oasis Day Spa in New York City. The brainchild of celebrity stylist Cody Hepworth, the establishment boasts an ultramodern design and stark white walls and furnishings, as well as the perfect splash of vibrant red color. “The decor is meant to resemble a private loft where art is the focal point,” says Hepworth, whose diverse background encompasses chemistry, carpentry, nursing and design. That same attention to detail is likewise prevalent in the salon’s many menu offerings, which range from haircuts, color and styling to blow-outs and retexturizing. “We’re not just about supplying quick, quality services,” Hepworth says. “Our team of beauty experts is on a mission to tailor to the individual style, natural features and personality of all our clients, allowing them to radiate beauty and confidence every single day.” —K.D.
