Cosmetologists Chicago Gives Back With Tornado Assistance Fund

The beauty industry has always banded together to help fellow beauty professionals in times of need. With that in mind, Cosmetologists Chicago, the association of 5,000 who owns and produces America’s Beauty Show, has created a tornado assistance fund for salon professionals who were affected by the devastating tornadoes that hit the Midwest this month.  In the aftermath of the tornadoes, some salons were left in ruins leaving salon owners and staff heartbroken as the busy holiday season approaches. Helping to pick up the pieces, Cosmetologists Chicago and Cosmetologists Illinois have already reached out to identify salons and salon professionals in the worst hit areas and will “adopt” as many as possible, providing funds to help them get back on their feet. Cosmetologists Chicago is also giving those affected free admission to America’s Beauty Show in March to motivate and inspire them in their careers.
