CosmoProf Launches Scholarship Program in Partnership with Beauty Changes Lives

CosmoProf is proud to announce the establishment of the CosmoProf Licensed To Create Education Scholarship Program for prospective and newer students in school earning their cosmetology license. This is the first BCL scholarship available that is applicable to any cosmetology school in the U.S. or Canada. With generous contributions from CosmoProf customers, proceeds raised from the sale of Licensed To Create merchandise, the support of industry-leading brands DevaCurl, Joico, TIGI and Wella, and a matching contribution from CosmoProf, a total of $50,000 was raised to support future beauty professionals on their journeys to becoming Licensed To Create. Scholarships will be awarded this spring and fall to a total of nine deserving students for 2017. Being Licensed To Create means different things to many; but at its core, it is a celebration of the artistic skill and limitless creativity of beauty professionals. CosmoProf loves to honor the hard work and inspirational talent that makes an incredible difference in the world, and this scholarship program is just one way for them to do so.
