Faces Plus Salon in New Jersey Holds Breast Cancer Event

Faces Plus Salon in Wayne, NJ, teamed up with Jacqueline Lauritas and Caroline Manzo from The Real Housewives of New Jersey and Manzo’s three children, Albie, Lauren and Christopher, on October 7 for the salon’s first annual Breast Cancer Event. More than 200 clients were treated to mini makeovers from Lauren and “hair facials” using products from French haircare specialist J.F. Lazartigue. Dazzle Candy Jewelry and Cherished Decor were also on site to feature their collections. The event, catered by Positano Restaurant and Gary’s Wine, raised a total of $2,700 in four hours for the Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer movement. “Our goal is to raise $5,000 during this month and thanks to the Housewives we are off to a great start,” says Julie Ezra, a co-owner and manager of the salon. —Ivy Tan
