Hairbrained: On Edge

While we currently live in a world and work in an industry obsessed with a commercial version of beauty that has been handed to us by young Hollywood and the latest Victoria Secrets campaign, some of us still push the envelope and go to "the edge" with our work. The following creative explorers are not afraid of judgment or restricted by conventional sentiment. In a word, they are brave.

Many of us will never take this step and may never want to, but we should all be thankful to those who do. They make it possible for us to be part of more than just a trade; they elevate our simple craft to a visual art.
