Hawaii to Host Expo Centering on Digital Influencers

If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, then influence is in the hands of the socialite. The convergence of social marketing trends commands the attention of the beauty industry and iBeauty Digital is the first trade symposium and expo for the professional beauty industry to laser focus on the influence of social and digital trends. How these trends are shifting the landscape of the business and its consumer will be a major topic. The event will be held at the Hawaii Convention Center on September 15-17, 2018. 

The symposiumʻs mission is to merge the creative with the analytical by showcasing educational workshops, techniques insights and professional beauty brands to feature the best and brightest trade influencers, with Hawaii as a global stage. Top beauty influencers from around the world are scheduled for the two-day event. Confirmed thus far are:

  • Jamie Dana (@jamiedanahairstylist, 59K IG followers) Professional hairstylist, blogger, and founder of Oh Hot GRAM, an Instagram course designed specifically for hairstylists who want to grow their business, increase their following and build their brand. 
  • Linh Phan (@bescene, 336K IG followers) Professional stylist and owner of Bescene Studios in Maryland, Linh is a social media icon who often shares his innovative use of color and cuts. He has recently taken his passion for education and collaboration on the road to share with salon pros across the U.S.
  • WesDoesHair (@wesdoeshair, 118K IG followers) Barber & colorist from Houston, WesDoesHair is a hair educator and salon owner who often travels the U.S. to teach classes on hair, personal photography techniques and social media tips and collaboration.
  • Lia Juhas (@lialashpro, 32.1K IG followers) Accredited lash pro trainer from Montreal, Canada, Lia is an educator, speaker and award-winning lash professional. She was recently named a finalist in the Volume category in the recent World Lash Championship in Paris.
