Educator and skin therapist Heather Hickman has been promoted to Senior Director of U.S. Education for both the Dermalogica brand and The International Dermal Institute (IDI). With over 13 years of experience working with these companies, she has recently overseen the education for all IDI instructors, managed operations for all 17 IDI training centers across the U.S., and ensured all training centers meet their class student registration and retail goals. She also played an integral role in the development and launch of Dermalogica’s first two hybrid immersive learning centers in Scottsdale, AZ and Atlanta.
