InStyler Professional, a professional tools company, has partnered with Jay Halaby + Associates, a Los Angeles-based manufacturers’ representative organization specializing in the professional beauty industry. Jay Halaby + Associates will be responsible for sourcing and opening new avenues of distribution within the United States and will serve as InStyler Professional’s ongoing representative in the industry.
