Learn the secrets of the trade from master stylists at the international Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE) taking place from January 28-30, 2012 in Long Beach, CA. This year ISSE will be featuring the North American Hairstyling Award (NAHA) education room. NAHA is the industry’s premier photographic hairstyling competition where many winners move on to become super stars in the beauty industry. Past winners of this coveted award including, Damien Carney, Steve Elias, Charlie Price, Tony Ricci, John Simpson and Jake Thompson will be on hand to share their expertise. During the classes students will learn the NAHA entry process, how to create a concept, how to pick a wardrobe and photographer and how to put a winning NAHA collection together. The classes are designed to prepare any student for editorial or photo shoot work.
