It's in the Cards

Rita Hazan Salon in New York City is all about originality, a concept that extends to the salon's business card, as well. The card's metallic aqua-blue color and swooping script were both custom-designed for the salon. To tie everything together, the fresh and vibrant color on the card is also splashed around the interior of the salon, which is primarily white and gold. "White business cards fade into people's wallets," Hazan says. "But people like to hold onto the pretty ones." Contact information is on the back. —N.G.
