Calling all beauty industry professionals: ColorProof is looking for talented and passionate stylists to join its renowned Artistic Team at an upcoming training on October 23-25 in Clearwater, FL. The training will be hosted by Nicole Nixon, Director of Education for ColorProof, who will lead several key educational sessions that cover everything from company policies and procedures to product knowledge. “We focus a lot on presentation skills, specifically presenting the products and tips on presenting to an audience,” says Nixon. “And finishing skills to make sure that the hair they do is always polished and best represents the brand.”
The ColorProof Artistic Specialist program plays an important role in the brand’s growth and success by providing education to its stylists and creating excitement and loyalty through numerous in-salon and in-store programs. Special perks that are exclusively available to Artistic Specialists include regional exposure, personal coaching from industry leaders, networking and mentoring opportunities, as well as access to brand-new products and promotions.
“Joining the ColorProof Artistic Team provides unmeasurable growth and benefits for stylists that want to give back to their peers,” says Nixon. “By hosting these New Educator trainings, I am able to prepare and evaluate each individual and their strengths, as well as areas where I can help to coach them in order to grow as artists, educators, and stylists behind the chair. Becoming part of a team like this helps motivate and encourage stylists to be their best, and gives our team a chance to be trained and mentored by industry leaders such as Phillip Wilson.”
With only 10 remaining spots left at the upcoming training, interested stylists are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. To sign up, visit colorproof.com/professionals and fill out an application. Email to [email protected] along with a 10-15 minute video tutorial demonstrating a style or technique using ColorProof products.
"Education is the heartbeat of any company or brand in our industry,” says Nixon. “ColorProof puts great value on the stylist and helping them reach their full potential. We hope to be there for them along that journey and strive to inspire stylists in our programs, gently pushing them outside the box so that they can continue to stay relevant in this rapidly changing industry.”
