Kao Group Promotes John Moroney and Sandra Humphries

Moroney, new global vice president for Kao Group, Salon

John Moroney has been named the new global vice president of education for Kao Group, Salon, promoted from his previous position of vice president of education for Kao USA, Inc. Moroney will be taking over for Debbie Biddle. who was with the company for over 20 years.  Cory Couts, Global President of Kao Group, Salon, said Biddle had directly impacted the elevation of the previously non-existent Global Education Department to the same level as sales and marketing.

Moroney brings with him over 25 years experience working in the professional beauty industry at many levels, from marketing to creative direction as a stylist, platform artist, salon owner and educator.  "I am honored to be given the opportunity to lead the global education initiatives for our amazing brands and to join the industry’s most progressive management team,” said Moroney.

Sandra Humphries, will be leaving her current position as director of field education of Kao USA Inc., Salon to take on Moroney's previous position as the

Humphries has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, having held positions as salon manager, sales manager, business development manager, educator and sales administration leader.
