The program was developed as a way to reward and support the company’s dedicated salon partners by offering smart and innovative solutions that aim to boost profitability, elevate artistry and grow salon businesses.
Salon Connexions allows salons to earn points quarterly for every dollar spent on Keratin Complex products from the extensive portfolio, which can be redeemed for products, education and/or business-building tools. Offerings include access to instant education online, classes with Keratin Complex’s renowned guest artists, “Inner Circle” emails, free products, marketing collateral and more.
To help track product usage, Salon Connexions participants will receive online “badges” for each category of product purchased. The more badges, the more opportunities for special promotions and offerings.
The Salon Connexions program is nearing full deployment, with 80 percent of Keratin Complex’s distributors participating.
