Mercedes-Benz Fall ‘11 Fashion Week NYC: Richard Chai

At the Richard Chai show, which was held at The Stage at Lincoln Center, Kevin Ryan for TIGI created an effortless, chic look. "This is the girl that doesn't have to try to look cool," Ryan says. "She is the kind of girl that can sleep a certain way and get a natural bend in her hair and still look sexy." Ryan created the look by blowing out the hair by hand to create a dry, natural and unpolished texture. After parting the hair in the middle, he used TIGI Catwalk Your Highness Root Boost to create sexy volume at the crown of the head. He then sprayed Rockaholic Dirty Secret Dry Shampoo over the entire head with a focus on the ends to create additional texture. Rsession's Nalu Waver was then used to create a natural-looking wave. Catwalk Sleek Mystique Look Lock Hairspray finished the look.

For the makeup look, James Kaliardos for M.A.C created a fresh, natural look by applying M.A.C concealer on the skin; Sea Side eyeshadow wrapped around the eye, Electra eyeshadow in the center of the eyelid blending out toward the contour of the eyes; no mascara; and Dim Lip Erase on the lips.
