Mercedes-Benz Fall 2012 Fashion Week NYC: Reed Krakoff

Designer Reed Krakoff always delivers that Americana sportswear look and Redken Creative Consultant Guido was sure to emulate the look of true beauty and expensive richness with his texturized, long and simple hair, perfect for Krakoff's fall 2012 collection.

As Guido noted, the style was the look of beautiful natural texture all achieved with two products: Redken Powder Refresh and Redken Powder Grip, a mattifying hair powder that renews hair’s surface while creating rich texture and fullness. Guido showed us Grip emphasizing how it can do wonders to liven up lifeless or even, regular looking locks and I was ready to dive in to try some of this Grip myself. Of course I'd want Reed Krakoff's fall collection to come with the product. Other than achieving texture, the long locks was kept behind ears and parted on the side.

MAC Cosmetics was on hand with lead makeup artist Diane Kendal who kept the makeup simple, beautiful and natural. Brows were filled in and combed upwards.
