While working on our August exclusive cover feature Dark Shadows, showcasing the Neo Goth collection from Aveda that highlights deep brunettes, reds, and violets, I got the opportunity to become my own version of a Neo Goth girl with a special color service using Aveda's newly revamped Full Spectrum Protective Permanent Creme Hair Color.
Responsible for my new look was Aveda stylist and colorist Peter Corvington who works at the Aveda VanDam Lifestyle Salon located on the cusp of Manhattan's Soho and Greenwhich Village neighborhoods. Below is Peter's client-friendly interpretation of a Neo Goth look just for me.
