New Workshop Teaches Beauty Pros to Become Physically, Mentally and Financially Fit

Inside Padma, the yoga studio that will host the first Boost Your Profits & Health Workshop

Next month, three beauty industry pros are joining forces and bringing a first-of-its-kind workshop to New York City that centers on physical, mental and financial wellness. On May 5, 2019, Natasha Bhalla, International Beauty Shows senior marketing and education manager and health and wellness coach; Ivan Zoot, financial professional and barber; and Bo Arnold, wellness expert and author will host a unique workshop geared towards helping beauty professionals improve their lives and careers.

Through their individual careers, Bhalla, Zoot and Arnold discovered that most beauty professionals struggle in two areas: health and financial security. Last year, they joined forces and made it their mission to reach and teach the beauty community that by taking small, simple steps, beauty pros can achieve happier, healthier and more secure lives.

The Boost Your Profits & Health Workshop will take place from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Padma, a yoga space located in Union Square in New York City. The workshop is divided into three segments:

Simple Steps to Feeling Great, Increasing Your Energy & Taking Control of Your Life by Natasha Bhalla

Body Tech—Becoming Healthy, Wealthy & Wise by Ivan Zoot

Ending the Pain of Being You: Finding Balance in an Unbalanced Belief System by Bo Arnold

Each segment will also include a question and answer portion, enabling participants to receive individual advice and tips. In addition to the workshop, the group will meet at 10:00 AM for a walk in Union Square Park to explore how simple exercises can improve both health and energy.
