OPI Forms New Design Team

OPI recently announced it formed a new artistic design team with six of its top educators. The team participated in a design-intensive workshop at OPI’s corporate headquarters in North Hollywood, CA, creating hundreds of new techniques using OPI Professional Products, with a focus on GelColor.

The new OPI artistic design team includes Vu Nguyen, an OPI guest artist from Kansas City, MO who attended Disney’s California Institute of the Arts; Chelsea Baart of Victoria, British Columbia, an OPI educator since 2012 who specializes in hand-painted and acrylic designs; Christy Graham of Cincinnati, OH, a salon owner and OPI guest artist since 2008, who focuses on seasonal nail art and 3-D acrylic design; Jeany Perez of Lake Mary, FL, an OPI educator since 2010 and a licensed esthetician, nail technician and salon owner; Robert Nguyen of Oceanside, CA, who has been an OPI guest artist for seven years and judges international nail competitions; and Adela Munoz of Fontana, CA, an OPI educator since 2007 who specializes in hand-painted flat and 3-D acrylic nail art.
