The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) has a mentor program for salons and spas to give struggling establishments the opportunity to work with a seasoned professional within the industry, for little or no cost.
PBA volunteer mentors are available to help grow salon and spa businesses. Mentors are members in good standing with PBA that have committed to expanding the professionalism of the beauty industry by sharing their time and expertise with others. —Jaimie Hwang, Editorial Intern
